Go to Los Santos airport. If you have cheats, use the jetpack to get to the area where the planes are parked. If you dont have cheats, get a car and park it near the Los Santos airport gate. Then jump on the car, and jump over the fence. The easiest way is to use the jetpack. When you are at the area where the planes are parked, get in the shamal (bigger white plane). Then fly around for like 25 minutes. you will get the message that if you keep practising, you will get a pilot licence. Fly around for another 5-10 minutes and you will recieve the pilot licence. If not, the average cost is about $10,000 by the time you are finished. You don`t pay it all up front, you pay for each lesson as it is finished. Lessons are based on an hourly rate, you pay for the actual portion of the hour that you used. The Instructor is $55 per hour, the Cessna 150 is $108 per hour, the Cessna 172 is $121 per hour. The Groundschool is paid at the start of classes, its $250. The Groundschool Kit (all the books, maps etc you need for both flying and the Groundschool) is $195.
