Yes, it is ok (legally), if you those people don`t mind the lack of privacy. Acording to the law, two adults and one child under age of 12 are allowed to live in one bedroom. The quantity of the people that can live in a four bed room house is depend on how you are going to live with your family members and the rule that have in your area.
