1. Jag har endast best�llt f�r 14 dagar ingenting annat och det till en total kostnad av 0,95 euro. N�got annat kommer jag aldrig att betala. Anv�nd inte mitt mastercard igen. Min order var #54013425. Stryk mig fr�n alla era eventuella register. St�ld �r ett ord som passar er verksamhet.
2. I agreed to a trial for a months cheap Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse and i paid by card on line and i received my goods. But one month later this company deducted from my bank account without my knowledge two lots of about �60 making about �120. This is illegal and it is money i didnt have in my account and put my overdrawn so i now have to pay the bank extra charges for going over my overdraft agreement. This would not have happened if this illegal deduction had not gone out. I want my money back from these people who are clearly thieves and prey on us people who do not understand how these things can be done to us. I thought i was having a cheap one months supply of these products to try them out. Now i find i have been ripped off by Americans. Well i am going to get to the bottom of this and fight to get my money back. I have an appointment with a solicitor tomorrow and i am seeing my bank manager and i am going to the police after i have been to the bank. I want my money back that you have stolen from me.
3. I have subscribed to receive a free tria of Acai Berry detox and for that purpose I have paid �9.50. Currently I was debited �96.03 something that I do not expect. Therefore, I do expect you to reimburse this amount of money since this debit was made without confirmation.

If you return pills from outside the UK and put a "value" on the package, then customs intervenes and wants a payment, which of course no one will pay and the packet is then either `lost` or returned to you. Any returns need to be sent to PO Box 13579 Unit 5 Mill Road Industrial Estate, Linlithgow EH49 9AH Scotland. Anything sent to Arden Close will be delayed in the post and will get stuck in the Christmas post iin Bristol.

We got somehow involved in a scam with Trading Planet LTD., and we reside in Canada involving two products acai Berry and Life Cleanse. Tried everything to cancel and kept getting the ring around. Finally called 1-888-338-9943 spoke to some Candi. Cancelled both products and received a confirmation number for both items as well to be on the same side we cancelled our credit card. They say that no more shipments will be sent and no more charges. Also reported it to the better business bureau!!!

I was caught by the same scam. I telephoned 0808 238 9830 from the UK but spoke to someone in the US ( Percy) and cancelled my order. I got a cancellation number and have also put my instructions in writing to every address I have for Trading Planet and its spin off companies.

Anything sent to the Bristol address will be delayed in the post by the huge volumes of returns. I`m trying my best to help but keep getting deleted. The Bristol address is not the bad guys. They are also victims of the scam. How would you feel if your address had been hijacked. The pills are despatched from Scotland and the returns are being received at PO Box 13579 Unit 5 Mill Road Industrial Estate, Linlithgow, EH49 9AH Scotland. There approximately 20 sacks/1500 items per day being sent from Bristol to Scotland every day!

Hi I am From Australia and I have been scammed by Trading Planet Ltd also. I got charged fro the postage and shipping for my free samples but did not give them authority to send me more an to keep charging my credit card I have shipped back all the tablets they have sent an wrote no more shipments but they don`t get the message.So I rang the call centre an they have given me cancellation numbers and that t they wowuwld send me an email confirming my canellations.I have also cancelled my credit card once bit and twice shy never again will I be sucked in. I am writing a letter of correspondence also telling them to cancel the whole thing. I have left it in my credit card company dispute departmenty I will be sent forms to fill out and they will follow it up heres hoping I will get my money reimburst, fingers crossed.

We are trying to help by giving the address of the packaging company which is sending out the pills and accepting the returns . It is NOT taking the money. I emailed viv3.com but got a response from support@tradingplanet.com stating that they do not offer customer support by email and to contact them via telephone. However, this number appears to be equally as useless as the email address, as I have read several complaints from the people who have actually managed to get through and cancel their order, saying money was still take after! I have written to the Trading Planets address in Bristol and sent the letter recorded delivery, I also took the added precaution of cancelling my card. As long as the letter is signed for within the 15 day trial period (which starts from date of order, NOT RECEIVING), any monies taken can be redeemed once you have provided proof of your cancellation.

There is no email for Trading Planet in Bristol, because the business does not operate from Bristol. I live at the Bristol address and have spent today giving the right address to this site, but someone keeps getting it deleted - I wonder who. Unles you vote the Linlithgow address up the list I am unable to help you all. The address for letters and returns is PO Box 13579 Unit 5 Mill Road industrial Estate, Linlithgow, EH49 9AH Scotland. They do not take your money but they do handle the goods.

I phoned the toll free USA/Canada number:888.338.9943. Got through to a live person - Aimy, from Scotland. She gave me cancellation numbers but, they have already processed $132 each and I doubt I will ever see that money again . When I asked her about a refund she said I would hear via email which I did, and they refused my refund - no surprise. I`m going to keep bugging them. Also, VISA may refund me.

Send letters and returns to PO Box 13579, Unit 5 Mill Road Industrial Estate, Linlithgow EH49 9AH Scotland. This is the quickest way to get your letters or packets through. If they are sent from outside the UK and have a `value` on them they may be intercepted by customs and a charge added. Since no-one in UK will pay this charge your packet may get `lost` or returned to you.

Hi I purchased free samples and am from Australia, but then after signing up to pay just the postage I got a bad feeling and the fine print said $75 for next product but when calculated in Australian dollars was $150 I couldn`t afford it, I also got a bad feeling so luckily I processed my samples on visa debit card not an actual credit card... I couldn`t contact them via phone and could not find an email to send to so I cancelled debit card I feel lucky not to have had a credit card

Also, I have just found out that even if you cancel your existing card, the money can still be taken from your new card if you haven`t cancelled with the company! I have cancelled my card but was advised to put my cancellation in writing as the only way they will be able to redeem any monies taken is by proving I had already cancelled the order.
