Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. Cures range from Update Adobe Flash Player and Javascript to delete IE7 cache, cookies, and browsing history. Different things seem to work for different people. It's causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won't let you do a particular action and some people cannot send recieve delete or move mail. It's not just Vista either it's happening to some of us on XP.It seemed at first to be just the Beta but now people are complaining it's in classic mail too. I have been advised to use this site to view my mail, www.mail2web.com that should be a link but links are not working at the moment Good luck, I think we may need it.

To answer your question directly YES It is a VIOLATION of MY CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED CIVIL RIGHTS that any agent of the GOV should consider me guilty until proven Innocent and also PLEASE NOTE, I personally have been ripped off by TSA and have had my gear abused by TSA. I travel for BUSINESS and that means I have to carry a laptop and various bits of electronic test equipment and parts. TSA has been consistently clueless when it comes to handling static sensitive components and also has upon occasion dropped test equipment on the deck and then denied ever having done it! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Patriots UNITE!

In today world nobody have time to see outside his boundaries. Everybody is busy in himself. Strike is just to attract the people for your concern. If the employer is not listening to his workers, workers goes for strike to attract the attention of society towards their demands. But a single strike cause also bring loss to society also. Whenever doctors, nurses goes on strikes the patient who was suffering earlier have to suffer a lot. If transportation strikes goes there would be scarcity of basic goods. Strikes are good and bad for society. Trade Union play major role for conduting frequent strikes. Rather than striking they shouldprotest for their demands in cool way.

and they person found at fault's insurance would not work with you or return your phone calls?? a woman cut across 4 lanes of traffic, hit my husbnad head on and totaled our car. thank god my husband is ok. it was the only car we own and it happen yesterday 2 days before christmas. we have family in form out of state staying with us and a 6 year old son who we have to finish christmas shopping ofr. i made several phone calls to her insuance as my insurance told me to so we could get a rent a car setup. everyone i talked to didn't know anything, the adjusters name and phone number changed 3 times in 4 hours and none of the adjusters i was told handling the claim called me back regarding the rent a car. can we sue for the inconvenience this has placed on my family? would it be considered "suffering"?

Probably not -- is there some reason why you guys couldn't rent your own car, besides not wanting to pay out-of-pocket? Either way, you'd have to sue the insurance company for leading you around rather than the woman who caused the accident , and being annoyed with big companies is a fundamental pillar of our society.
